Alp Demirler has received his bachelor’s degree is in Business Administration and his master’s degree in Finance from the University of New York Institute of Technology. After graduation, he stepped into his career in operations department at Merrill Lynch which is one of the world’s leading investment banks in the financial world.

After his work in Merrill Lynch, in 1999, he became the Assistant Director in real estate development department of Fairchild Corporation, a public company which was a leader in aircraft parts production and services worldwide. Between 2000 and 2002, during his work, he was involved in $200.000.000 of fund management.

In 2003, he decided to continue his career at The Coughlin Group as a residential and commercial real estate financing specialist which he became the VP of international mortgage financing department 2005 and 2008, mostly as commercial mortgage, performing along with his team generating $2.1 Billion in lending operations.

In June of 2008, foreseeing the potential in mortgage industry and the lack of professional experts in this field, in 2009 he established the MMI Group which is now in a leader position in Turkish lending brokerage industry by giving exceptional advisory services.
